Twenty Two Years! New Location!

For the past 22 years in the waning days of November, right after we’ve savored the last bits of turkey, we magically become the Tree Lot Elves to spread a little bit of Christmas tree joy to the people of West Seattle! Right off California Avenue at Dakota and 41st Avenue SW (yes, we’ve moved!), we transform the Holy Rosary School playground into a festival of lights, of fresh-cut Christmas trees, of garlands and wreaths, and of the fresh pine smell that evokes memories of happy Christmases past.

The Tree Lot Elves

We are the Tree Lot Elves, a band of dedicated volunteers, of parents, grandparents, students, friends, and neighbors of Holy Rosary School. A few weeks in every year, we become Santa’s Christmas tree helpers. We are fun-loving creatures who strive to bring you the best trees to make your Holidays ever so special!

Bringing a Little Christmas Cheer to Everyone

Santa has given us the charge of bringing cheer throughout the West Seattle neighborhood. So, fifteen percent of the proceeds of our Sale goes to these local area charities:

• Hickman House (Salvation Army), a shelter in West Seattle for women and children
• West Seattle Food Bank
• West Seattle Helpline
• The Ed Kingston Memorial Fund
which will help the family of a Holy Rosary parent and West Seattle Soccer coach who passed away suddenly in October.

It’s just a little way for us to help out who are less fortunate. As the Head Elf himself told us, “Everyone deserves a good cheer!”
