Tree Lot

A huge thank you to all who devoted their time and bought their Christmas tree at the Tree Lot this year! We had a very successful event this year and raised a net total of $42,000 for the school! In addition, over $6,000 will be donated to the 3 charities - The Salvation Army Hickman House, West Seattle Helpline and West Seattle Food Bank. We truly appreciate everyone’s time and support - we could not have done this without all of you!

Ho, Ho, Ho Tree Lot Sign Ups Are Now Available!

Log on to the Treelot website to get started.
New changes for the 2009 season:
- “Re-Stocking Team” shifts added Monday - Thursday (3-6PM). These shifts are designed for, but not limited to high school kids looking for volunteer hours. These shifts are a “behind the scenes” shift devoted to re-stocking the lot from existing inventory, sweeping, cleaning up etc. Please only sign up for these shifts if you are able/prepared to do the work described above.
- “Lot Squad” shifts have been added on Tree Delivery days. If you sign up for these shifts, you will be expected to help prepare to receive the next delivery of trees by making room in the inventory area, re-stocking the lot, etc.

Christmas Tree Lot First Planning Meeting

Receiving the Fruits of your Generosity

The Holy Rosary Christmas Treelot Committee sent out 3 checks totaling $6171.54 to the Salvation Army's Hickman House, West Seattle Food Bank and West Seattle Helpline ($2057.18 each) as part of the proceeds coming from last year's Christmas Tree Sale. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the volunteers who staffed the Treelot, our loyal customers who came to purchase Christmas trees, and to Admiral Safeway for allowing us to use their parking lot for this event.
